Political activist standing in the rain. None of the photos turned out because of how heavy the rain was so I added a filter to the photo to make it usable; it seemed important to use this photo since he said I could.

It's hydrangea season in Japan. The colors here are much more varied than I'm used to; bright pinks, purples and blues. I didn't think hydrangeas were native to Japan, but apparently they are. It would make sense considering the variety.

Raining again in Tokyo today. These are near my train station instead. There were some lovely yellow roses I shot in front of the streetcar tracks again but decided a different venue would be better. There's something about raindrops on flowers. Raindrops on roses, as the song goes.

The irises near the streetcar tracks almost rival the beauty of the roses. While I've given a lot of attention to the roses in my other media this is the first time I've mentioned the irises.
